by An annual community party in Calgary held before The Calgary Stampede. A pig get roasted for a day, and then seasoned and served with a plethora of home-cooked specialties. Besides the food, there was a bouncy castle for the kids, tennis courts, good company, and live music!
Successes:
- No major issues. Very clean, run-of-the-mill show.
- Used new mixer without trouble.
Learnings:
- Bring lots of extra extension cords for outside gigs. The breaker closest to the stage was not strong enough (with additional loading from party) to support the PA.
